Wishful thinking, but proving the uploader's actual identity, let alone their classification as an entity on the watch list is futile. And secondly, what would I do without all these posts? As for wrecking the constituion, it has built in provisions for modification and additions called amendments and therefore is immune from wrecking. It's getting the legislative, judicial and executive branches of government to uphold and enforce the rights and laws of it's citizens that's the hard part. Amazing numbers of interpretations of facts by different politically opinionated people exist when looking at the same facts. Some see half full glasses, some see half empty glasses, some see intricate patterns of molecules and atomic particles and some see nothing because they are blind. That really meant nothing, I just thought it was cool.

>>>Some see half full glasses, some see half empty glasses<<<

I see a broken glass! But, I can assemble enough of the pieces together to make out the BACARDI logo, so all is well.

I'm not referring to the uploaders as "donaters". The archive itself provides the free space. Under a strict enforcement of the above order, the archive servers could be seized for contributing resources to the enemies of the US in Iraq. Just sayin'.

Yeah, I got what your saying, and I'll have a double. I meant that there is no feasable way, without a lot of effort and time, to determine for sure that the person uploading the terror video is indeed a terrorist. If so, I am sure the authorities would have supeonaed the ip addresses and activity already.

I am torn on this issue. I think the blatant posting of anything in the wrong format and in the wrong collections without proper license attribution and descriptions would be forbidden and I don't think there is a valid argument to that from anyone aside from the actual implementation of it due to logistics and volunteer status of moderators. However I do feel that people should see the barbaric hate filled messages of jihadists for a number of reasons.

Number one, intel. There are valuable messages and actual tactics and procedures on video that can be analysed for information that might prevent an attack, locate a cell or even counter the IED efforts and counter efforts.

The other important part, which I believe they miscalculate is the shock value and revulsion their messages create and it's influence in the opinions, sympathies and ultimately support for these criminals.

I do think they should be moved to a less "in your fac"e and in turn, "in your search results" location where young people or anyone with a desire not to see snuff films might come across them looking for other media. I think they are scarring away potential users that might grow tired of being bombarded with imagry of that nature, regardless of their political views. Interesting point thanks for sharing that.

Yep, and they could seize the servers because of MY video too.

The thing is, the President doesn't make the laws, and regardless of what he says, he isn't 'the decider'.

It's the people who rule in this country not the government. The president is our servant and not our master.

But if people will allow it, a man like G W Bush or his father will get away with murder.

What will it take to spark an outright revolt in this country? US Army tanks rolling down Main Street USA? Stolen Elections? Ill-considered foreign wars? Theft of an entire city? Seizure of your bank account? Illegal taxation? Squelching the freedom of people to watch or not watch whatever video they choose?

I say bring it on, the more the government represses liberty the more revolutionaries will be born.

It's long past time for us to follow the examples of the patriots of old: Patrick Henry; Thomas Paine; Paul Revere...

I heard John Dean, from the Bush Watergate Era talk about how the bush admin has infiltrated ever aspect of the government by placing people in critical offices and will, if need be rule the government from the outside forever.

You are mistaken when you say "It's the people who rule in this country" The people have not run the government for 30 or more years. The bush family has.

The Birdman is watching you.
